What does a typical engagement involve, step by step?
Each engagement begins with a short scoping call to clarify what the team is working with and what a useful output would look like. From there, the consultant drafts a brief scope document — typically one page — that both parties review before the work begins. The working sessions, drafting, and support are then scheduled within the agreed timeframe.
How much time does my team need to commit?
For the two-week survey engagement, leadership involvement is typically two to three short working conversations. For the performance framework, expect four to six facilitated sessions over four weeks. The twelve-week embedding involves the consultant attending agreed meetings, which are ones your team would be holding anyway. Total time commitment is modest and agreed upfront.
Are the engagements available remotely or in-person only?
The two-week and four-week engagements can be conducted entirely remotely via video call and shared documents. The twelve-week embedding is designed for teams based in or near Chiang Mai, where the part-time, in-person presence is a central part of the working arrangement. That said, a hybrid approach can be discussed depending on your team's situation.
What is included in the stated price?
Each price covers the consultant's time for the working sessions, drafting, and any support within the agreed scope. No additional fees are added afterwards. If the scope is adjusted before the engagement begins, the price is revised before work starts — there are no mid-engagement billing surprises.
What happens to the documents after the engagement ends?
All drafted documents — surveys, frameworks, operating notes, closing reflections — are handed to the client at the end of the engagement in an editable format. Loomwright does not retain copies unless specifically requested for a defined follow-up purpose.
Is this consulting work regulated or licensed?
Loomwright provides non-regulated operational consulting only. The work covers internal processes, documentation, facilitation, and framework design. It does not constitute financial, legal, or healthcare advice of any kind.
