Every Loomwright engagement follows the same general pattern: a scoping conversation, a written scope document, a series of working sessions, a first draft of the deliverable, a review process, and a final handover. The sequence is straightforward and does not vary significantly between engagement types.
What changes between engagements is the subject matter, the duration, and the level of ongoing presence. The methodology itself — collaborative, unhurried, focused on producing a usable document — applies consistently.
Loomwright does not use proprietary frameworks or licensed tools. The documents produced during each engagement are drafted freshly with and for the client team.

Engagement 01 · Two Weeks
Internal Survey Design
A two-week engagement supporting a small to mid-sized business to design a working internal survey — what to ask, what to leave out, how to invite considered answers. The consultant runs short working conversations with the leadership team, drafts the survey, and supports the team in running the first round. The drafting and the eventual reading of responses are owned by the client. Suited for teams revisiting how they listen internally.

A four-week engagement working with the leadership team to design a working framework for performance conversations — what is documented, what is reviewed, how the conversation itself is structured, who participates. The consultant facilitates working sessions, drafts a framework document, and supports the team in piloting the framework. The framework is owned by the client. Suited for small to mid-sized businesses revisiting working performance practices.

Twelve-Week Operating Embedding
A twelve-week engagement embedded part-time with the leadership team of a small to mid-sized business to support the working operating cadence — leadership meetings, planning sessions, decision documentation. The consultant attends agreed meetings, facilitates working sessions on specific topics, supports the drafting of operating documents, and produces a tidy closing reflection at the end. Decision-making remains with the leadership team throughout.

Queries are responded to within one business day throughout the engagement. Communication is direct — no account manager intermediary.
